How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
